• 30 Days Return Guarantee on Loose Stones: We are pleased to offer a 30-day return guarantee on loose stones. In order to be eligible for a return, the stone must be in the same condition as when it was purchased. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of freight for the return.
• Buy-Back Policy for SAAT’s Stones: For SAAT’s stones from sizes 5 mm and above, we provide a buy-back option after 3 years of use. We offer 100% of the original cost less 30% for tax and other expenses. To avail of this policy, the return must be initiated on the same day and month of the original purchase.
• Custom-Made Jewelry: Custom-made jewelry is not returnable. We kindly request you to carefully review the photo of the finished piece before making your purchase. We take pride in creating unique pieces tailored to your preferences and, therefore, cannot accept returns on custom-made jewelry.
• Personally Engraved Stone: Please note that any stone that has been personally engraved is not returnable. Engraving adds a personalized touch to the stone and makes it unique to the customer. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on personally engraved stones.
• Buy-Back Policy for Custom-Made Used Jewelry: For our custom-made used jewelry, we offer a buy-back option at 60% of the original cost after deducting labor costs. This allows our customers to explore new jewelry options while still receiving value for their previous purchase.

Please note that all returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, the item being returned must be in its original condition and packaging, including any certificates or documentation provided.
